How do you ensure item/s authenticity?

Here at Queen of Luxury we take all necessary steps to ensure each and every item we accept is 100% authentic.  It is our requirement for all consignors to show proof of authenticity such as receipts, boxes/tags and authenticity card.

 

What if the consignor does not have proof of Authenticity?

If consignor does not have any of the mentioned proof of Authenticity, we take the extra step to have item/s authenticated by one of our Queen of Luxury experts as well as third party authentication services for good measure.  Please ask us for more details.

 

How is the condition of the items?

We are selective of all item/s we take in.  We require all consignors to have their item/s professionally cleaned, shoes to have new toppy placed if needed and jewelries to be polished and upraised.  We only accept high end luxury designer brand names.  We advertise gently cared for and we stick to our policy.  We only take in “NEW” or “like NEW” items as well as gently cared for.  We do require an initial appointment for all local consignors to come down to review all item/s prior to accepting.  For the ones not situated locally, we do ask them to send us images of item/s in all angles in its true likeness and once item/s have passed this initial step item/s will remain subject to inspection and review upon shipment to Queen of Luxury.  We ensure that all item/s are descriptive and specific to any markings, damages or any signs of wear.  Images are posted in its unedited and true likeness. We do not accept any damaged items.

 

What are the requirements during item/s shipping?

All items are subject to signature upon delivery regardless of its value and required to have substantial dollar amount for all item/s’ insurance.

 

Do you only ship within Canada?

Queen of Luxury ships within Canada to the US and Internationally.  We charge a set fee of $20 CAD for all shipments within Canada and a set fee of $60 CAD anywhere in the United States and additional shipping cost anywhere else offshore (please use shipping calculator).  Queen of Luxury covers all other extra cost.  There are absolutely no hidden fees.

 

Do you charge taxes?

We do our due diligence to price all item/s accordingly and take in consideration the taxes to be charged for all used goods by BC law; therefore, we price our item/s 12% less to cover the cost of taxes charged on top.  Please note all our prices include tax and are in Canadian dollars (CAD).

 

What does the item/s come with?

All item/s that comes with dust bags, boxes, authenticity cards, authenticity certificates, user guides etc. are all described in details on item/s description

 

Are the photos on the website edited?

Absolutely not.  All item/s are professionally photographed with proper lighting and set up to best showcase the item/s.  Photos are posted to ensure item/s are in its true likeness.  Queen of Luxury also ensures we take a zoomed in shot of item/s scratches, flaws or any signs of wear as specified on item/s description.

 

Do you offer layaway?

We offer an amazing EXTENDED PAYMENT PLAN with an initial deposit of 25% with the following terms:

  1. Items over $400 CAD – 30 Days
  2. Items over $4000 CAD – 3 MONTHS
  3. Items over $8000 CAD – 6 MONTHS

With Zero Interest and No Hidden Fees

 

What if I was looking for a specific bag, style or color?

Queen of Luxury has a “Wishlist” program that allows all our customers, and our avid social media followers to get on our “Wishlist” by providing email and click ‘NOTIFY ME WHEN IN STOCK” button seen on all SOLD item/s posting.  This will allow us to notify you when the item/s arrives.  We also have our monthly newsletter that we send out to those who chooses to be notified by providing us your email address located on the HOMEPAGE.

 

Do you accept returns?

Queen of Luxury will accept returns on HANDBAGS ONLY that are shipped within 24-48 hours once item is received and deemed to be NON-AUTHENTIC with proof.  We allow you to view and inspect your item/s upon signing off for the shipment and if item/s does not meet your expectations we encourage that you ship it back to us immediately as well as notifying us as soon as you’ve reviewed the item/s and we will cover the shipping cost.  Please note some conditions may apply depending on the reason of return.

 

What are the terms and conditions of consigning an item/s?

Just like most luxury resale companies we do have specific terms and conditions for all consignors.  Please read and review our Consignment Agreement we provide during consignment for all specifics.

 

What form of payments do you accept?

We accept cash in store, all credit card payments including AMEX,JCB, Union Pay, Debit, Interac E-transer and Pay Pal both in store and online.  We do not accept cheques.
